Job description

We are hiring well experienced, qualified and enthusiastic SEN teacher to join our team. Candidates having Bachelors /Masters in Special Education with relevant teaching experience may please apply with your detailed resume.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring that the objectives of the Inclusion policy framework are reflected across all phases of the school.
  • Assess students’ skills to determine their needs and to develop teaching plans.
  • Adaptation of the curriculum and its assessment to meet individual student needs
  • Recording of learning data related to SoD students and monitoring progress
  • Creating Individual Education Plans or Behaviour Plans by liaising with the SLT, School Counselor, Class Teacher and Parents
  • Implement IEPs, assess students’ performance, and track their progress.
  • Plan, organize, and assign activities that are specific to each student’s abilities.
  • Discuss student’s progress with parents, teachers, counselors, and administrators.
  • Mentor LSA's who work with students with special needs.
  • Previous experience of working in an inclusive school is preferred
  • Need to join immediately
  • Sponsor visa will be given preference
