Job summary
A leading marketing firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an ambitious Digital Marketing Executive to spearhead marketing campaigns and expand the company's footprint. You will need to coordinate between departments, keep up-to-date with social media trends and develop creative content. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of marketing experience and a strong background in social media management and content creation. We are searching for an ambitious marketing executive to spearhead our marketing campaigns. You will be required to coordinate with staff in other departments, ensuring that each endeavor runs smoothly from inception to delivery. You should also remain up-to-date with shifts in social media use.
To ensure success as a marketing executive, you should be attuned to attitudinal changes within each target audience. Ultimately, a top-notch marketing executive will conceptualize ways in which marketing activities can be harnessed to expand our own company's footprint.
Marketing Executive Responsibilities:
- Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns and monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Implementation of ATL / BTL activities that include Radio, Billboard, and Media Planning & resulting in maximizing brand awareness and visibility.
- Experience in handling PR, influencers, bloggers, media & agencies to execute various marketing campaigns.
- Creation and delivery of PR, press releases, advertisements, print ads, publications, and other marketing collateral & materials.
- Analyze market trends, compare and track the competition, summarize findings and provide comprehensive reports with recommendations to the business enabling further business growth.
- Market research - keep up to date with industry trends and topics, seek out opportunities for collaboration, events to cover, etc.
- Content writing and proofreading creative copy, must be an organized team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Maintains and increases presence in social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat
- Creating a social media calendar including content creation, strategies, and execution of campaigns.
- Writing captions, copywriting, proposals, press releases, and content for the website and social media platforms
- Develop visual concepts and design advertisements that effectively communicate with target audiences
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with the team for a wide range of materials that may include Infographics, slideshow, marketing collateral, newsletters, etc
Marketing Executive Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in marketing and social media (2-3 years)
- Solid knowledge of marketing tools
- Minimum Experience Required 2-3 years in Marketing
- Strong copywriting skills & experienced content creator
- Adobe Creative Suite, Video creation and editing, Influencer Management, Graphic Design experience, Experience with email marketing tools
- Develops engaging, creative, innovative content
- Proficient with Office Tools
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
