Qualifications

• Must have experience in medium to large-scale civil projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify site surveying for accuracy.
• Assist in preparation and execution of the Project Execution Plan.
• Ensure technical drawings are delivered accurately.
• Oversee project mobilisation and closeout efforts.
• Attend weekly progress meetings and assist in Minutes of Meeting.
• Monitor ongoing site work and provide weekly status reports.
• Maintain daily communication with subcontractors to ensure timelines are met.
• Coordinate logistics for material procurement and delivery.
• Implement project inventory control systems.
• Support in client payment valuations and financial documentation.
• Address internal and external client complaints professionally.
• Review contract documents to identify deviations.
• Comply with QHSE policies.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and timely completion.
