A luxury hospitality brand in Dubai seeks a passionate Telephone Sales Agent / Room Dining Order Taker to enhance guest experience through exceptional service and food recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role and possesses strong interpersonal skills to connect with both guests and team members. A thorough understanding of food and beverage offerings is essential, alongside fluency in English.

- At least 1 year of experience as a Telephone Sales Agent or Room Dining Order Taker.
- Strong guest and employee interpersonal skills.
- Experience focused on guest satisfaction.

- Understand and recommend food and beverage menu items.

- To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
- To efficiently sell and accurately record all room service orders, verbally by phone, doorknobs or through the outlet
- Perform all associated room service duties such as trays, preparation areas, tray delivery/collection and any associated service and cleaning duties.
- At least 1 year Telephone Sales Agent / Room Dining Order Taker experience
- Strong guest and employee interpersonal skills
- Guest experience centric
- Strong beverage/wine knowledge
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
