Job summary
A construction and engineering firm is looking for an experienced Architectural Site Inspector based in Al Ain. The role involves overseeing construction site activities, ensuring compliance with quality control standards, and managing various inspection tasks. Candidates must have a degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of postgraduate experience on large-scale projects. Familiarity with local building codes and Revit software is an asset. The position also requires effective communication skills to interface with the public and contractors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years postgraduate experience on large scale projects.
- Must be aware of local applicable building codes requirements.
- Experience with electronic documentation systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Architect in performing contractual duties on site.
- Verify quality of finishes and materials used in the project.
- Inspect and monitor construction activities for compliance.
