This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Procurement/Construction Manager to ensure the project is executed in accordance with ADNOC Onshore and project procedures and Shareholder expectations. Directly manages Procurement/ Contracts for a high-profile client.

Expected:

• Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent.
• Good understanding of Project management elements and standards including Contract terms and conditions.
• 20 years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry or other related industrial experience.
• At least 8-10 years in Project Management handling logically inter-related major projects.
• Prior experience of working with EPC Contractors /Operating Company /Engineering consultants.
• Good knowledge of engineering, fabrication, construction, planning, resource allocation, Contract management and administrative functions.
• Gas Compression and dehydration experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of international codes and standards related to the oil and gas industry.
• Fluency in English with good communication skills.
• Extensive experience in project management, project control, and contracts management.
• Proven track record of handling mega projects.
• ADNOC projects experience is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide project management support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and implement project management plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Manage project risks, interfaces, issues, and changes.
