A leading project management firm is seeking a Project Manager to oversee execution and scope management for various projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have 6-8 years of project management experience and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills are essential for managing resources and stakeholders effectively. Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are preferred. This role offers an opportunity to work with diverse teams and drive project success.

- Project Execution: Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure flawless execution of projects.
- Scope Management: Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Resource Management: Ensure resource availability and allocation, and develop detailed project plans to track progress.
- Change Management: Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Performance Monitoring: Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to ensure progress aligns with project goals.
- Reporting: Report and elevate to management as needed, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Client and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with clients and all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Risk Management: Perform risk management activities to minimize project risks and ensure successful outcomes.
- Vendor Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with third parties and vendors involved in the project.
- Team Management: Manage a team of technical resources, providing guidance and support throughout the project.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- PRINCE2 Certification
- 6-8 years of similar experience in project management, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and project elements simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
