HZ Development is urgently hiring a Project Manager with strong experience in high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead and coordinate all aspects of project delivery, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full project lifecycle, from planning to handover
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
Manage budgets, schedules, and team performance
Resolve technical and operational issues promptly

Requirements:

7 10 years of experience in high-rise construction within Dubai
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Proven leadership in managing large-scale construction projects
Strong understanding of Dubai construction codes and procedures
Immediate joiners only
