Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of radio hosts, producers, and other staff members to ensure high-quality content is produced and delivered on air
- Oversee the production process for all shows and segments, ensuring they are engaging and adhere to industry standards
- Collaborate with advertising and marketing teams to create successful campaigns that generate revenue for the station
- Monitor budget and expenses to ensure financial goals are met
- Stay current with industry trends and competition in order to continuously improve the station's offerings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in media studies, journalism, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in radio broadcasting or management role
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is preferred but not required.
