As the head of the station, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of its operations, including programming, production, marketing, and budgeting. We are specifically looking for an Indian national to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programming strategies that cater to the target audience and meet the station's objectives
- Manage a team of radio hosts, producers, and other staff members to ensure high-quality content is produced and delivered on air
- Oversee the production process for all shows and segments, ensuring they are engaging and adhere to industry standards
