Job Title : Senior Brand Manager – Fashion & Fragrance

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager with deep expertise in the luxury fashion and fragrance sectors. This role is ideal for a highly strategic and creative professional with over 5 years of brand management experience in high-end fashion, couture, or fragrance houses. The successful candidate will drive the development and execution of brand strategies that elevate desirability, storytelling, and market presence in line with our brand’s prestige positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling across fashion and fragrance categories to strengthen the brand’s identity and desirability.
• Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns for new fashion lines and fragrance launches across digital, print, PR, retail, and experiential channels.
• Collaborate with product design, fragrance developers, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand alignment from concept to launch.
• Develop compelling content and visual assets in line with luxury standards and seasonal storytelling.
• Cultivate strong relationships with top-tier fashion media, stylists, influencers, and luxury fragrance editors.
• Partner with retail and e-commerce teams to create exceptional in-store and online brand experiences.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to refine positioning and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Monitor brand performance metrics (brand equity, market share, campaign ROI) and adapt strategies to ensure excellence.
• Supervise and mentor junior brand team members to foster high performance and creativity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, Fashion Management, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, with direct experience in luxury fashion and / or fragrance.
• Proven success managing seasonal campaigns, luxury product launches, and brand activations across international markets.
• Strong understanding of the luxury customer mindset and global fashion / fragrance trends.
• Excellent aesthetic judgment and understanding of visual storytelling.
• Exceptional project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as French, Italian, or Arabic are a strong advantage.
