Job description

Our client, a leading international law firm, is currently wishing to recruit a Senior Legal PA to work directly for the Managing Partner, one Special Counsel, and one Senior Associate in corporate. There is scope for this person to be promoted to Office Manager in time, so it is essential we get someone senior for this position.


Duties include (but are not limited to):

  1. Organising and maintaining filing systems
  2. Coordinating professionally with clients
  3. Assisting other secretaries
  4. Billing and BD duties
  5. General Legal PA responsibilities

We are ideally looking for:

  1. Min 10 years Partner Legal PA experience
  2. Solid work history
  3. Outstanding Organisational and Diary Management skills
  4. Must be assertive with a professional approach
  5. Potential to take over Office Managerial duties in time
