Customer Loyalty & Expectation

• Ensure guest needs and expectations are met by providing an efficient and professional service.
• To ensure that a friendly, courteous, and professional service is provided at the Tuk Tuk Kids Club/Chill Teens Club at all times.
• Be creative and ensure that the activity at the Tuk Tuk Kids Club/Chill Teens Club is fun-filled and educational.
• Identify returning child guests and VIPs.
• Ensure that each guest contact session is a delightful experience for guests.
• Never say No. Always find a way to exceed the guests' needs and be consistent in service delivery.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Do not compromise on safety.
• Be responsible for zero accidents in the Tuk Tuk Kids Club/Chill Teens Club and Resort in general.
• Ensure that child safety is a top priority by following proper safety guidelines and enforcing correct child care standards.
• Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment in the Tuk Tuk Kids Club/Chill Teens Club.
• Make sure all the equipment is functional and complete.
• Ensure timely reporting of malfunctions or maintenance deficiencies to the appropriate area and follow up for completion.
• Maintain good relationships with team members and contribute to team spirit.
• Interact with other departments to provide additional or specialized guest services.
• Constantly seek ways to improve operational procedures with the Recreation Supervisor.
• Provide immediate feedback on operations and concerns to the Recreation Supervisor.
• Keep the Recreation Supervisor informed and updated on guest feedback and/or concerns.
• Conceptualize and organize festivities and special events for children.
• Monitor operational supplies and maintain appropriate par stock in the department.
• Monitor departmental costs and be responsible for the profitability of the department.
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the Recreation Supervisor and/or Recreation Management team.
• Project a positive image of the department, Resort, and company at all times.

Qualifications :

• High School diploma.
• Previous experience in the Recreation department.
• Passion for excellent service.
• Excellent team player.
• Russian Speaker.
