Job summary
A leading project management firm is seeking a skilled project coordinator to manage approvals, coordinate teams, and ensure project quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in negotiating with subcontractors and be able to oversee project execution to meet established standards. This role is crucial in ensuring that works adhere to approved specifications and manage procurement activities efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of project management processes.
- Experience in managing quality and high-end finishes.
- Knowledge of procurement activities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare approval set of drawings and obtain necessary approvals.
- Represent the company in project meetings.
- Coordinate with teams and manage project documents.
- Negotiate prices with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure works are done as per approved specifications.
Job Description
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Able to prepare approval set of drawings and good knowledge of taking approvals from authorities includingdrawings, method statements, risk assessments etc.
- Represent company in all project meetings if required and Coordination with both office and Site on regular basis till the Project Completion.
- Coordinate with consultant / main contractor and provide required information.
- Coordinate with drafting team for shop drawings and manage submissions
- Coordinate for material submittals
- Coordination between client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers. Negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers and various project stakeholders supporting the BOQ
- Manage billing and Site documents
- Managing projects within the established schedule and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality.
- Coordinate for procurement activities
- Able to see works are happening as per approved drawings / specs
- Manage quality and high-end finishing
- Observe the skills, attitude, attendance etc. of the workforce and rate them monthly to improve their performance at site.
