Job summary
A leading healthcare facility in Dubai is looking for a Healthcare Business Development Associate. This role involves engaging and onboarding healthcare professionals, maintaining strong partnerships, and developing strategic outreach plans. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of experience, a strong professional network in the UAE, and excellent communication skills. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a master's preferred. This position is pivotal in expanding partnerships and ensuring seamless integration with new healthcare practitioners.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in healthcare business development or medical recruitment.
- Strong network of medical professionals in the UAE and GCC.
- Ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard healthcare professionals.
- Maintain relationships with medical practitioners and clinics.
- Develop outreach plans to expand referral base.
Skills
Education
- Identify, engage, and onboard doctors and healthcare professionals to partner with King’s College Hospital London – UAE
- Build and maintain strong relationships with medical practitioners, clinics, and healthcare networks across the region
- Develop strategic outreach plans to expand our referral base and clinical partnerships
- Represent the hospital at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare business development or medical recruitment
- Strong network of medical professionals in the UAE and wider GCC region
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
