A Creative Technologist bridges the gap between design vision and engineering execution, using experimentation to solve problems in new and novel ways. This role combines technical expertise with human‑centered design to prototype and implement innovative solutions. Creative technologists blend expertise in code, hardware, and emerging technologies to bring ideas to life.

• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape technical concepts aligned to human‑centered design.

• Rapidly prototype interactive, testable experiences to drive alignment, learning, and value.

• Apply emerging technologies to business challenges, including AI/ML/GenAI, IoT, and immersive interfaces.

• Lead feasibility analysis and ethical review of technology choices.

You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are customer‑focused – someone who prioritizes customer success in their work. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• Human‑Centered Design: Deep understanding of human‑centered design methods and mindset.

• Cross‑disciplinary Collaboration: Ability to unite design and engineering.

• Innovation: Application of new and emerging technologies.

• Rapid Prototyping: Creation of context‑appropriate, low‑to‑high‑fidelity digital and physical prototypes.

• Feasibility Analysis: Assessment of design’s technical feasibility, system integration, and implementation pathways.

• Storytelling: Ability to translate prototypes and technical insights into compelling narratives.

• AI and Data Ethics: Leveraging AI tools and data strategies with awareness of equity, bias, and transparency.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (or equivalent demonstrable portfolio of work).

• Vertical domain experience (e.g., finance, retail, healthcare, industrial).

• Experience in both enterprise and agency environments.

• Knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure, architecture, and platform capabilities.

• Background in behavioral science, change management, or design research.

• Applied or academic experience with data science, AI/ML, or HCI.

• Advanced degree or certification in design, HCI, computer science, or related (e.g., MDM, MDes, MFA, d.MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
