Zusammenfassung
A multinational organization in Dubai seeks an experienced Accounting Manager. The role involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering cross-functional relationships. Ideal candidates will have a fundamental knowledge of accounting principles, CPA or CA certification, and at least 10 years of experience. This position promises an exciting opportunity to lead in a dynamic regulatory environment.
Qualifikationen
- 10 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 8 years with an advanced degree.
- Experience working in a multinational or global organization.
- Knowledge of local financial, tax, and statistical compliance requirements in Middle Eastern countries.
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with the Controller to develop team strategy.
- Oversee annual statutory financial statements process.
- Manage relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Advocate for system and process improvements.
- Provide guidance on risk mitigation strategies.
