You will collaborate with the project team to review plans, specifications and other project documentation to develop detailed cost estimates. You will analyze data, perform takeoffs and prepare cost breakdowns for labor, materials, equipment and subcontractor costs. Additionally, you will monitor project costs, identify cost‑saving opportunities and provide recommendations to optimize project budgets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cost estimation for MEP projects, excellent analytical and mathematical skills, and a thorough understanding of MEP systems.
