Job summary

A leading multinational company in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across the GCC region. This role involves driving the marketing strategy, managing digital initiatives, and collaborating with Sales and Product teams. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in marketing, particularly in B2B/B2C environments, and strong analytical skills. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B/B2C environments with multi-brand exposure.
  • Proven track record in brand management, retail marketing, and digital strategy.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and leading cross-functional initiatives and teams.
  • Regional experience in GCC markets required.
  • Arabic language skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the regional marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead market analysis to identify growth opportunities and customer insights.
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to define go-to-market strategies.
  • Strengthen brand awareness through integrated campaigns.
  • Oversee all digital marketing initiatives and retail marketing activities.
  • Manage events, training programs, budgets, and vendor coordination.
