A dynamic digital platform in Dubai is seeking a Product & Visual Designer who will shape both the product experience and brand identity. This role involves owning the user experience across web and mobile interfaces, creating marketing materials, and ensuring design consistency. The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. We’re looking for a Product & Visual Designer to shape both our product experience and brand identity. This role blends UI/UX product design with marketing and visual design making sure every touch‑point – whether in the product or external communications – is visually compelling and user‑friendly.
You’ll collaborate with engineers, marketers and leadership to ensure ClearGrid looks and feels top‑tier from product screens to investor decks.
- Product UX/UI Design: Own and refine the user experience across ClearGrid's web and mobile interfaces.
- Visual & Brand Design: Create marketing assets, landing pages and investor materials to maintain brand consistency.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Rapidly sketch wireframes and prototype ideas for new product features.
- User Research & Testing: Work with data and feedback to refine user flows and optimize experiences.
- Collaboration: Partner with engineers to ensure designs are well implemented and responsive.
- Design Systems: Establish and maintain design guidelines and reusable components.
- 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design or visual design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital products and marketing assets.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools.
- Ability to work fast, iterate and handle a mix of product and brand design needs.
- Bonus: Experience in fintech SaaS or AI‑driven products.
