• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure minimal disruption to operations during maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, schedules, and inspections.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and standards during all preventive maintenance procedures.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to foster a culture of safety and efficiency.

• Proven experience as a Foreman in the maintenance field, with a strong focus on preventive maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance processes, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance operations, preferably in industrial settings.
