Mindfree Consulting is an international recruitment firm based in Dubai, renowned for connecting exceptional talent with companies across the Middle East and African regions.We are seeking to hire a dedicated and dynamic Regional Business Development Specialist to join our team at Dekweneh office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
    • Perform high-volume cold calling and email outreach to generate qualified leads and initiate relationships with potential clients.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients by identifying key decision-makers within target industries in the Middle East and African regions.
    • Use CRM systems to organize and track outreach activities, client data, and follow-up actions.
  • Sales Outreach & Client Engagement
    • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their unique hiring needs and present Mindfree Consultings tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Present and promote Mindfree Consultings services in a compelling manner, adapting the approach for different client segments and sectors.
    • Develop customized sales strategies to drive engagement and increase conversion rates.
  • Create personalized proposals that address specific client recruitment requirements and demonstrate Mindfree Consultings value proposition.
  • Negotiate terms, handle client objections, and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth handoffs for service delivery after client onboarding.
  • Client Relationship Management & Account Growth
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle, positioning Mindfree Consulting as their go-to recruitment partner.
    • Conduct regular check‑ins to assess client satisfaction, understand additional hiring needs, and expand existing accounts.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell additional services, deepening client relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Performance Tracking & Sales Strategy Adjustment
    • Track and report on lead generation, conversion rates, and other sales performance metrics in the CRM.
    • Adapt and refine sales strategies based on client feedback and performance data to continuously improve results.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, ideally within recruitment, staffing, or professional services
  • Strong skills in cold calling, with the ability to engage and convert prospective clients effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client‑centered approach to relationship building
  • Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, and persistent, with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
