Qualifications

• At least 10 years of work experience including 5 years in consulting.
• Experience in Small Business or Corporate Banks is a plus.
• Track record of delivering complex strategy projects for large clients.
• Proficiency with Generative and Agentic AI is required.
• Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMS implementation work across CEMEA.
• Develop clear platform KPIs and track implementation.
• Act as the primary contact for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales Product and Marketing teams.
