The VP of Product & Special Projects will be a strategic leader driving product innovation, market positioning, and execution excellence across CNTXT AI’s portfolio. This role combines visionary product leadership with operational delivery, overseeing product roadmaps, RFP management, and cross-functional strategic initiatives that directly influence the company’s growth.

The ideal candidate is a product visionary with a strong background in enterprise AI solutions and RFP processes, capable of navigating complex ecosystems and leading teams toward measurable impact.

• Product Leadership
• Define and execute CNTXT AI’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional product teams to design and deliver world‑class AI and digital transformation solutions.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and design teams to ensure seamless product execution and scalability.
• Drive product‑market fit, lifecycle management, and go‑to‑market strategy for enterprise‑grade AI products.
• Establish frameworks for continuous product innovation and differentiation in competitive markets.
• Special Projects & RFP Management
• Lead and manage strategic projects across departments to ensure alignment with corporate priorities.
• Oversee end‑to‑end RFP processes, including opportunity assessment, proposal development, submission, and negotiation.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, and technical teams to produce compelling and compliant RFP responses that showcase CNTXT AI’s capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and vendors to support special projects.
• Track and optimize RFP success rates through continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team on product direction and emerging opportunities.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and government stakeholders.
• Represent CNTXT AI in strategic discussions, conferences, and industry forums.
• Develop and present business cases and investment proposals for new products and initiatives

• 8+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or technology leadership roles, ideally within AI, SaaS, or enterprise software domains.
• Demonstrated success in leading RFP responses and managing large‑scale enterprise or government proposals.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects and influence executive stakeholders.
• Experience with AI, data platforms, or cloud‑based products preferred.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
