A luxury villa construction company is looking for a Project Manager to lead high-end villa projects in Dubai, overseeing every phase from planning through to handover. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in similar projects, a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, and a strong technical understanding of civil works and MEP systems. Excellent communication and budget management skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- 8–12 years’ experience managing luxury villa or high-end residential projects.
- Strong technical understanding of civil works, MEP systems, and luxury materials.
- Experience coordinating multiple consultants and contractors.
Responsabilités
- Oversee the project lifecycle from planning to final handover.
- Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors.
