Key Responsibilities :

• Market Expansion : Identify and develop new business opportunities in the holiday homes sector.
• Client Acquisition : Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and hospitality partners.
• Sales & Revenue Growth : Develop strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
• Partnership Development : Collaborate with travel agencies, corporate clients, and online travel platforms to enhance market reach.
• Marketing & Branding : Work closely with the marketing team to promote holiday home offerings through digital and offline channels.
• Contract Negotiation : Manage agreements with property owners and service providers to ensure profitable partnerships.
• Customer Relationship Management : Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
• Market Analysis : Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to drive informed decision-making.

Requirements
