Job Description

A Property Consultant assists clients in renting out and managing real estate investments. They provide market analysis, negotiate deals, and give sound advice on leasing and holiday home management. Key responsibilities include property evaluation, marketing research and client communication, focusing in building relationships and achieving property acquisition targets.

Property Owner Recruitment
  1. Generate, qualify and maintain owner leads.
  2. Attend inquiries and offer holiday home management or leasing services.
  3. Assess properties and prepare comparative market analysis between annual lease and short-term letting.
  4. Prepare business presentations and revenue projections for landlords.
  5. Manage holiday home and tenancy agreements with proper documentation.
  6. Assure accurate data entry on the property management system.
Portfolio Expansion
  1. Create awareness of our brand, nurture leads from research of owner’s data both locally and internationally.
  2. Do regular campaigns through e-mail marketing and direct marketing, to increase product and service awareness.
  3. Promote our management services and leasing expertise to key stakeholders in Dubai such as developers, homeowners’ associations and building management companies.
  4. Liaise and cooperate with the Sales and Reservations teams to explore market opportunities and keep reinventing connection with new owners as innovative approach to be a step ahead of the competition.
