Job summary
A renowned Western Style Restaurant in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Russian Speaking Bartender to craft exceptional cocktails and provide outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have proven experience, strong knowledge of beverage offerings, and exceptional customer service skills. This role offers AED 3000 plus various allowances, free accommodation, transport, uniforms, health insurance, and paid leave as per UAE laws.

- Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.
- Fluency in Russian and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle busy shifts.
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide a high level of customer service and engage with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Stay informed about beverage offerings and make recommendations to guests.
- Assist with inventory management and reordering of supplies as necessary.
