An Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing restaurant operations to ensure an excellent Guest and Team Member experience, training and developing team members, and managing within budgeted guidelines.
What will I be doing
As an Outlet Manager, your responsibilities include managing restaurant operations, ensuring high levels of customer service, recruiting, managing, training, and developing the restaurant team, managing guest queries efficiently, working within budgets related to Food and Payroll, driving sales to maximize revenue, developing menus with the Food and Beverage team, conducting monthly stock takes, incentivizing team members to boost sales, setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies, evaluating guest satisfaction for continuous improvement, conducting communication meetings with minutes, maintaining environmental awareness, assisting other departments, and ensuring compliance with security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
