Job summary
Une entreprise de design architecturale primée à Abu Dhabi recherche un Senior Architecte certifié DMT pour diriger des projets complexes. Le candidat idéal possède plus de 7 ans d'expérience et une forte capacité à gérer des équipes multidisciplinaires tout en respectant les normes internationales. Ce poste s'accompagne de responsabilités critiques en matière de qualité de conception et de sécurité.
Qualifications
- Au moins 7 ans d’expérience avec une licence d'ingénieur DMT à Abu Dhabi.
- Expérience solide dans la livraison d'infrastructures critiques.
- Préférence pour les candidats RIBA/AIA.
Responsibilities
- Gérer et coordonner tous les aspects du design.
- Superviser le processus de conception avec expertise technique.
- Rendre des comptes aux directeurs de l'entreprise sur la progression des projets.

Archibat HR Asia is currently seeking a Senior Architect (DMT Licensed) for a award winning architecture design firm based in Abu Dhabi.
You will be operating at a lead level and have a proven track record of project delivery from concept to completion, with a working knowledge of International Building codes, guidelines, specifications, and best practices pertaining to project design and delivery.
- Interface confidently with clients and major stakeholders.
- Ensuring that all aspects of the design are managed and coordinated
- Overseeing the design process using technical expertise, and management skills
- Responsible for managing and directing the multi-disciplinary design teams
- Driving excellence in health and safety, ensuring that risks are minimized in the design process
- Ensure required quality checking / approval procedures are carried out
- Rigorously challenge the teams to drive efficiency and standards in design
- Report to Company Directors on a regular basis regarding progress, design, quality, resources, changes, site issues, planning issues etc.
- Responsible for the correctness and accuracy of their own work and the work of their team.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with all local and international standards
- Responsible for the design quality, project planning and programming of deliverables, coordination and checking of all designs, drawings and documents released, and oversee production of construction documentation and contract administration.
- At least 7yrs Abu Dhabi DMT Practicing Engineer License
- Engineering Speciality – Architect Engineer
- Solid exp in leading the delivery of complex critical infrastructure and higher risk buildings
- RIBA / AIA candidates preferred.
Position is to be based in Abu Dhabi.
