  • Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm, timely welcome.
  • Answer guest related queries and provide information about promotions.
  • Ensure payments are processed according to cash handling procedures.
  • Identify corporate leads and build long-term relationships.
  • Drive online name mentions and promote customer feedback.
  • Carry out general office duties to ensure smooth running of reception area.
  • Communicate with all departments on guests’ requests and complaints.
