Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years UAE experience managing automotive workshop or fleet maintenance.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Active UAE Residence Visa.
• Strong knowledge of passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles.
• Proven experience leading workshop teams and managing day-to-day operations.
• Experience with Workshop Management Systems (WMS) or Fleet Management Software (FMS).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workshop operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise technicians, service advisors, and workshop staff.

Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Workshop Manager to lead our fleet maintenance operations. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day workshop activities, ensure operational excellence, maximize technician productivity, maintain high service quality, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This role requires a strong leader with extensive UAE automotive experience who can effectively manage workshop operations, optimize resources, improve profitability, and ensure maximum fleet uptime for our corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the workshop to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle delivery.
  
• Lead, mentor, and supervise technicians, service advisors, and workshop personnel.
  
• Plan, schedule, and allocate work based on workshop capacity, technician skills, and customer priorities.
  
• Monitor technician productivity, workshop efficiency, and utilization to achieve operational KPIs.
  
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance activities meet manufacturer standards and company quality requirements.
  
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize vehicle downtime.
  
• Manage customer relationships and resolve service-related issues professionally.
  
• Monitor workshop costs and improve operational profitability.
  
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts and consumables.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience managing an automotive workshop or fleet maintenance operation (mandatory).
  
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
  
• Active UAE Residence Visa.
  
• Strong technical knowledge of passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles.
  
• Proven experience leading workshop teams and managing day-to-day operations.
  
• Demonstrated ability to improve workshop productivity, efficiency, quality, and profitability.
  
• Experience with Workshop Management Systems (WMS), Fleet Management Software (FMS), or similar digital platforms.
  
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and workshop management software.
  
• Excellent leadership, planning, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
  
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
