Job summary

Linq HR LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead fleet maintenance operations and drive service quality for corporate clients.

The role demands a strong UAE automotive background, proven leadership of workshop teams, and a focus on productivity, profitability, and maximum fleet uptime. You will oversee technicians, plan workloads, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years UAE experience managing automotive workshop or fleet maintenance.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Active UAE Residence Visa.
• Strong knowledge of passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles.
• Proven experience leading workshop teams and managing day-to-day operations.
• Experience with Workshop Management Systems (WMS) or Fleet Management Software (FMS).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workshop operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise technicians, service advisors, and workshop staff.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate work based on capacity and priorities.
• Monitor technician productivity, workshop efficiency, and KPIs.
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards and company quality requirements.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Manage customer relationships and resolve service-related issues.
• Control workshop costs and improve profitability.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure spare parts availability.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Monitor performance via dashboards and reports.
• Achieve SLAs for fleet customers.
