Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workshop operations for rental generators (Gensets).
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor generator preparation, testing, dispatch, and return processes.
• Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, and rental operations teams.
• Ensure timely availability of generators and related equipment for rental projects.
• Maintain service records, job cards, maintenance logs, and workshop documentation.
• Track spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement requirements.
• Follow up on equipment breakdowns and ensure timely repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly workshop performance reports.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments regarding equipment status and delivery schedules.
