Job summary

CARPI AUTO in Dubai seeks a proactive Workshop Coordinator to manage daily workshop operations and optimize workflow. You will allocate tasks to technicians, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery while coordinating across reception, sales, QC, and management teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in automotive workshop operations, a Diploma or Bachelor’s in a related field, and strong ERP/CRM skills. Fluency in English is essential, Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive workshop operations.
• Experience as Workshop Coordinator/Supervisor/Service Advisor or similar role highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily workshop operations.
• Plan and organize workshop workflow based on job priorities.
• Allocate jobs to technicians and workshop teams.
• Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion.
• Follow up with technicians and supervisors regarding pending jobs.
• Coordinate vehicle movement between workshop sections.
• Ensure completed vehicles undergo required QC inspection before delivery.
• Maintain accurate job cards and workshop records.
• Prepare daily operational updates and reports.
• Communicate job status to relevant teams.
• Support reception and sales teams with workshop-related information.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and operational issues.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered clean, complete and on time.
• Monitor workshop materials and coordinate with the store when required.
• Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness and organization.

• Support reception and sales teams with workshop-related information
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and operational issues
• Ensure vehicles are delivered clean complete and on time
• Maintain accurate job cards and workshop records
• Monitor workshop materials and coordinate with the store when required
• Ensure technicians follow company SOPs and quality standards
• Maintain workshop discipline cleanliness and organization
• Prepare daily operational updates and reports
• Coordinate with other branches when vehicle movement or service support is required

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
• ExperienceMinimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive workshop operationsExperience as a Workshop Coordinator, Workshop Supervisor, Service Advisor, or similar roleExperience in premium automotive services is highly preferred
