Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years as Service Advisor or similar automotive aftersales role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand vehicle concerns and service requirements.
• Prepare and complete job cards with accurate customer and vehicle information.
• Coordinate with Workshop Foreman to determine scope of work and quality job cards.
• Obtain customer signature/approval on the job card before work.
• Assess warranty vs customer-pay repairs and obtain prior approvals for additional work.
