Job summary

Adecco is partnering with an Emiratization-led AI-powered HR technology company in Dubai to offer an entry-level role focused on HR tech, business consulting and customer success. Fresh graduates are welcome and initial training is provided.

You will engage in understanding customer requirements, conducting onboarding, training, and go-live activities, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to ensure successful deployments.

What you’ll do:

• Understand customer requirements and document business processes.
• Support product demonstrations, platform configuration and testing.
• Assist with customer onboarding, training and go-live.

What we’re looking for:

• 0–1 year of experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Enthusiasm to learn and work with customers.
• Relevant internships in SaaS, HR Tech, consulting or business analysis are a plus.

Training:

Mandatory 4–6 weeks in India upon joining. Visa, travel and accommodation arrangements will be facilitated by the company. A valid passport and willingness to travel are required.
