Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Workday experience or training preferred.
• Deep expertise in Workday HCM configuration and maintenance.
• Strong analytical ability to solve business and technical problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday HCM functionality, including tenant setup and business process security.
• Develop and troubleshoot calculated fields, condition rules, and validation rules.
• Design and maintain comprehensive user-friendly quick reference guides and instructional materials.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Evaluate, test, and deploy Workday feature releases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
