Job summary

Gymshark is seeking a commercially driven Junior Buyer to lead the Womens Activewear category for the GCC, including UAE. You will own around 400 SKUs per season, partner with Gymshark and internal teams, and translate customer insights into compelling assortments across the region.

Travel to markets and events will be an important part of this role. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, shaping category performance while collaborating with planning, supply chain, and marketing teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years buying experience in activewear or sportswear.
• Experience managing ~400 SKUs per season.
• Strong knowledge of Womens Activewear and performance apparel.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Fluent in English with strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the Womens Activewear category strategy.
• Define assortments and product strategies with stakeholders.
• Build assortments aligned to customer demand and regional goals.
• Manage end-to-end buying cycle from selection to in-season trading.
• Negotiate with suppliers to maximize sales and margin.
• Present performance insights to senior leadership.
