Job summary

Gymshark GCC is seeking a commercially driven Junior Buyer to own the end-to-end management of the Women's Activewear category across the UAE and GCC, handling approximately 400 options per season. You will work with Gymshark and internal stakeholders to develop commercially successful assortments, identify trends, and drive category performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' buying experience within Activewear, Sportswear, Athleisure, Lifestyle Sports, or a comparable retail business.
• Ownership of approximately 400 options/SKUs.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently based on business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end buying lifecycle for Women's Activewear category, including assortment planning and in-season trading.
• Research market trends and new product opportunities to drive category performance.
• Build strong supplier and brand partner relationships and support negotiations.
• Present category performance and trading recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Planning, Merchandising, Marketing, Retail Operations and Supply Chain.
