Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Program/Project Engineer - Super User Professional to join the WMS Centre of Excellence. You will lead and support WMS implementations, testing, and post-deployment activities across CEVA sites, working with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and customers. Strong operational knowledge of WMS and testing expertise are essential.

The role requires onsite presence at client sites, up to 15% travel, and ability to collaborate to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven operational knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) used within CEVA Logistics.
• Understanding of EDI concepts and their business meaning.
• Experience in leading and supporting software testing processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provides functional/operational support and feedback on WMS questions from users.
• Gives feedback on assessments from customer engagements regarding WMS product descriptions.
• Provides on-site presence for WMS implementations, especially during first-time site rollouts.
• Supports projects and consults on WMS setup (clusters, putaway rules, pack configuration, routing, zoning, data loads).
• Performs system testing to professional quality standards for WMS products, including tests and UAT.
• Maintains relationships with customers and key users for day-to-day tasks.
• Provides logistics and systems consultancy for operations teams on system use and capabilities.
• Responds to unfamiliar situations and defines corrective actions with WMS CoE.
• Evaluates change requests or product enhancements within the cluster.
• Provides training for engineers and key-users within the cluster.
• Provides feedback to the WMS CoE on progress and best practices.
