Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Wintel / Windows Server administration experience.
• Experience in production and virtualized environments.
• Exposure to ITIL-based operations and SLA-driven support.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant Microsoft or VMware certifications preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts and on-call rotation.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments across production and non-production.
• Perform server builds, configuration, hardening, and CMDB updates.
• Execute patching, upgrades, and scheduled maintenance activities.
• Monitor server health and resolve L2 incidents within SLA.
• Manage VMware / Hyper-V / Nutanix virtualization (VM lifecycle operations).
• Handle backup, restore, and DR support using enterprise backup tools.
• Support Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services.
• Perform troubleshooting of OS, performance, and infrastructure issues.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and audit compliance evidence.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support and incident response.
