Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a Western-accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in community health, home care, or hospital settings.
• Eligible for or holding a DHA license or eligibility letter.
• BLS certification; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes, including post-operative and wound care, medication administration, and chronic disease support.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans with the health care team.
• Educate patients and families on treatment protocols, self-care, and health maintenance.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to physicians or care coordinators.
