Job summary

Black Pearl Consult in Dubai seeks experienced NICU nurses to join a leading international hospital. Western-trained professionals will provide care to critically ill and premature neonates in a Level III/IV unit within a state-of-the-art facility.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, monitor ventilators, manage medications, support families, and maintain precise electronic medical records, upholding top standards of neonatal safety and infection control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Current and valid nursing license in home country.
• Minimum 2 years of recent NICU experience (Level III/IV).
• BLS and NRP certification (ACLS is a plus).
• Trained and licensed in UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Canada, or USA.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert nursing care to premature and critically ill neonates in a Level III/IV NICU setting.
• Monitor vital signs, manage ventilators, administer medications, and perform life-saving interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide emotional support and education to families during a highly sensitive and stressful time.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation using electronic medical records.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in neonatal care, safety protocols, and infection control standards
