Job summary

Dusit International is seeking a dedicated Fitness Instructor to lead personalized wellness programs and group classes in a luxury setting. You will assess guests, tailor fitness plans, and ensure safety while promoting the highest standards of service.

The role emphasizes English communication, teamwork, and professional appearance within a 5-star hospitality environment. Training and career growth are supported by the Wellness Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Exercise Science, Sports Science, or related field.
• Certified Fitness Instructor (internationally recognized certification preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Report for duty on time in full uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
• Conduct fitness assessments, consultations, and inductions for new members and guests.
• Design personalized fitness and wellness programs tailored to individual goals.
• Lead and supervise gym floor activities and ensure safe use of equipment.
• Conduct group exercise classes such as circuit training, aerobics, spinning and strength workouts.
• Provide guidance on exercise techniques, injury prevention, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Monitor safety and effectiveness during sessions and provide first response in emergencies.
• Collaborate with Wellness Manager to develop integrated wellness programs and events.
