Job summary

The First Group Hospitality in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled fitness professional to lead group classes, personal training, and guest wellness programs across its luxury properties. You will design programs, assess guests, and ensure exceptional service while maintaining safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in luxury fitness or hospitality, hold REPs UAE or equivalent, and can motivate guests while driving membership sales and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury fitness, wellness club, or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, training methods, gym equipment.
• Certifications as fitness professional (REPs UAE, ACE, ISSA, NASM, or equivalent) an advantage.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to lead multiple class formats (HIIT, yoga, pilates, strength training).

Responsibilities

• Lead group fitness classes, personal training sessions, and wellness activities.
• Provide guidance on exercise techniques, posture, and equipment safety.
• Design customized fitness programs for guests and members.
• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations.
• Welcome and engage with guests, creating a motivating environment.
• Monitor guest progress and adjust programs for optimal results.
• Promote safety, hygiene, and equipment readiness.
• Upsell personal training sessions, memberships, and wellness packages.
• Support sales of fitness-related retail items and seasonal wellness initiatives.
