Job summary

Millennium Place Mirdif Hotel in Dubai is seeking a proactive Fitness Instructor to join our wellness team. You will lead engaging group classes, assess guests' fitness, and tailor workouts to individual needs while ensuring safety and a welcoming environment.

You will stay current with fitness trends, enforce center policies, and contribute to events and wellness initiatives, helping guests achieve their health goals in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead fitness classes, including group exercise and other fitness activities.
• Provide individualized fitness assessments and workout plans for guests upon request.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and form to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Monitor and assist guests during their workouts, offering guidance and motivation.
• Conduct fitness orientations for new guests, explaining equipment usage and safety protocols.
• Create and maintain accurate records of fitness assessments and guest progress.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the fitness center.
• Promote fitness programs, classes, and wellness initiatives to guests.
• Stay updated on fitness trends and industry best practices.
• Enforce fitness center policies and safety regulations.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns related to fitness services.
• Assist in organizing fitness events and challenges for guests.
• Participate in fitness center equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
• Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
