Job summary

One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai seeks a Wellness Experience Agent to join our Wellness, Movement and Longevity team. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences, assist guests with spa journeys and personalized wellness recommendations.

Reporting to the Director of Wellness, you’ll contribute to revenue through retail, up selling and cross sales to other spa areas. Fluency in English is required; Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.

With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Wellness Experience Agent to join our Wellness, Movement and Longevity team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success, and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experience to our loyal guestsin line with the Hotel brand standards. Responsible for revenue generation through retail, up selling and cross sales to other business centers in the spa.

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Director of Wellness and should have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels. He/She must have a strong experience in health & beauty section, creative, dynamic, passionate and flexible.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language. Computer literacy including relevant software and experience in using. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
