Arada’s Wellfit team seeks a passionate Member Experience Executive to deliver exceptional customer experiences and help drive member retention. You will welcome members, handle inquiries, and support scheduling and service requests with care.

Build strong relationships via in-club, phone, and email outreach, and tailor recommendations to member needs. You will collaborate with fitness and membership teams to maximize engagement and ensure a high-quality member journey.
