Job summary

Mashreq invites an experienced wealth sales leader to head the distribution of treasury products across affluent and high-net-worth clients in collaboration with Relationship Managers.

You will define sales strategies for structured deposits, FX-linked investments, and fixed-income notes, coach Wealth Sales specialists, and align with product, trading and marketing teams while ensuring governance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in wealth or investment product sales.
• Deep understanding of structured and investment products for retail and wealth clients.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement sales strategies for wealth and treasury products.
• Lead and coach Wealth Sales specialists supporting Relationship Managers.
• Coordinate with product, trading, and marketing teams on campaigns and pricing.
• Ensure adherence to suitability, product-governance, and conduct-risk requirements.
• Monitor sales performance, client satisfaction and portfolio outcomes.
